Jordan Dubov recommends that this specialty coffee be prepared using a cezve, espresso, or mocha coffee maker. If you prepare Ethiopia Irgachef ground coffee in a cezve or moka coffee maker, you will feel the more pronounced notes of raisins and chocolate. If you choose to make espresso, you will enjoy an intense and dense taste.
Where does it come from?
Specialty coffee Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is grown in the Yirgacheffe region, which is located in the southern part of the Gondar province, which is located in the northern part of the country. This area is characterized by its mountainous parts, including the high mountains of Gofa and Mengesha. They provide suitable conditions for growing coffee – excellent climatic conditions such as high humidity, high altitudes, and fertile soils.
