Guatemala Bio Flor de Cafe coffee is grown at the Flor de Cafe coffee farm. It is located near the city of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Flor de Cafe Farm is the family farm of Ozualdo Pérez Ramírez, who is a second-generation coffee grower. The family tradition of growing coffee dates back to 1940. Currently, the farm has an area of over 105 hectares and provides jobs for over 150 people.

The coffee is a blend of the two varieties “Catimor” and “Catuai”. The name of the Catuai variety literally means “very good”. Catuai coffee is known for its high quality. It is distinguished by its complex taste – sweetness and acidity, which complement each other. The Catuai variety includes well-expressed acidity, and citrus notes. It has a light to medium body. The Catimor variety is a hybrid obtained from the Timor and Сatura varieties. The taste qualities of this variety are determined by lower acidity. In addition, the Catimor variety has a distinct flavor profile that comes across gently.
